Property List

We have two properties in excellent locations.

Both our properties are within easy reach of the universities and the city centre.

The contract for each property is a 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, commencing on 1st July 2012. A deposit of £250 is payable upon signing the contract. All deposits are registered and protected by a government scheme.

The properties listed have Gas Certification and NICEIC Certification.
